Missing Public Key for Wine with Mint 19.1 (Tessa)

After upgrading Linux Mint to Version 19.1 (Tessa), Update Manager displayed the error:

Could not download all repository indexes; Failed to fetch
The following signatures couldn't be verified because the
public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 76F1A20FF987672F

The problem is that the repository key used by Wine was changed recently (2018-12-19). The fix is to download the new key and then update the list of repositories using the following commands:

sudo dpkg --add-architecture i386
wget -nc https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/winehq.key
sudo apt-key add winehq.key
sudo apt-add-repository
  'deb https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/ubuntu/ bionic main'
sudo apt update
